Our take on Everdell
The four-season structure gives each game a defined arc, but it also limits long-term development: city plans must produce results before the final scoring after the fourth season.
What is Everdell?
Build a woodland settlement by collecting berries, twigs, resin, pebbles, and cards, then spend those resources on constructions and critters.
Each turn offers three choices: assign a worker to gather resources, play a card into the city, or prepare for the next season. Cities can contain up to 15 Construction and Critter cards, which provide resources, abilities, and points. The game runs across four seasons, with workers returning as seasons change and the final score determining the winner. Play against other founders in cross-platform multiplayer, challenge AI opponents, or use Solo Challenges. Events, buildings, and character cards add further options for city development.
How Everdell plays
