Our take on Cascadia
The defining choice is pairing every habitat tile with a wildlife token, then balancing connected terrain and animal placement to shape the final ecosystem score.
What is Cascadia?
Cascadia is a tile-laying strategy game about building a Pacific Northwest ecosystem.
Each turn, select one of four habitat-and-wildlife pairings, add the habitat tile beside an existing tile, and place the animal token on a compatible habitat. Keystone tiles can provide Nature tokens, which expand later selection choices and also score at the end. Points come from the largest connected areas of each habitat type, habitat bonuses, wildlife arrangements based on the scoring cards in use, and unused Nature tokens. Digital play includes solo games, online matches, local pass-and-play, Family Mode with simpler scoring objectives, 15 solo scenarios, 14 challenges, and a Daily Trek with three objectives each day.
