Our take on Carcassonne - Tiles & Tactics
Unlike board games built around a fixed map, play begins with an open landscape that grows tile by tile. Scoring comes from claiming and completing connected areas, so the board’s shape and opportunities change throughout each game.
What is Carcassonne - Tiles & Tactics?
Carcassonne is a tile-placement game in which players build a landscape from tiles showing cities, roads, cloisters, and grassland.
Each tile must connect appropriately to the tiles already on the table. After placing a tile, a player may put a follower, called a Meeple, on one of its areas. Completed areas score points for their owners, and the changing layout makes each game different. Players can also use tiles to expand their own areas or make it harder for opponents to finish theirs. This digital version presents the landscape in 3D and includes five expansions, solo play, same-device Pass & Play, and online multiplayer with public, private, and ranked games. Field ownership and remaining tiles are shown during play.
