Our take on Bloomtown: A Different Story
Its defining structure is the contrast between ordinary small-town routines and a hidden demon world, with combat, friendships, work, exercise, and gardening all supporting the investigation.
What is Bloomtown: A Different Story?
Follow Emily and her younger brother Chester during a summer visit to a quiet American town where children are disappearing and nightmares are becoming real.
Investigate Bloomtown’s hidden demon world, known as the Underside, and face creatures formed from residents’ fears and vices. Battles use turn-based tactics, character abilities, summoned inner demons, and captured creatures. Weakened monsters can be caught, leveled, combined through fusion, and used to build combat synergies. Outside combat, explore secret areas, improve physical abilities at the gym, earn pocket money at the grocery store, build friendships, and tend a garden while pursuing the town’s mystery.
How Bloomtown: A Different Story plays
- 01Turn-Based Battles
