Our take on HexoCity
The defining constraint is the dwindling tile supply: each session ends when the available tiles reach zero, unless perfect placements and other rewards extend the run.
What is HexoCity?
HexoCity is a puzzle game about building a futuristic archipelago from hexagonal tiles.
Matching elements earn points when connected, while the available tile supply counts down toward the end of each session. Completing perfect placements grants powers, extra points, and an additional tile. Powers can refresh the current tile, generate a suitable tile for an empty space, remove a selected tile, or duplicate an existing tile. Quests add objectives involving road and canal connections, with bonuses based on the resulting paths. Creative Mode provides unrestricted island building. The game includes more than an hour of original synthwave music.
How HexoCity plays

- 06Original Synthwave Music
