What is Stories from Sol: The Gun-Dog?
Four years after the Solar War, the Jovian patrol vessel Gun-Dog heads to the edge of Jovian space to examine unexplained signals.
Players take the role of its security officer, facing an unknown attacker as suspicion, secret plots, and personal grievances spread through the crew. The game blends visual-novel narrative with point-and-click adventure play. Players can explore the ship, examine scenes, talk with crew members, and uncover clues and objects that move the story forward. The crew have individual backgrounds, duties, and temperaments; players’ relationships with them can be cooperative or adversarial as they pursue the mystery. The ship is the setting for the first installment of the Stories from Sol series.
