What is State of Mind?
Set in Berlin in 2048, State of Mind is a science-fiction thriller about transhumanism, surveillance, technological progress and the fate of humanity.
Journalist Richard Nolan wakes in a hospital after an explosion and discovers that his wife and son have disappeared. His investigation places the family within a global conspiracy involving a damaged material world and a proposed digital paradise. The story follows Richard and five additional playable characters as they move through a society shaped by interconnected systems, drones, humanoid robots and augmented reality. Progress involves reconstructing Richard’s past through research, deduction and dexterity. The game combines realistic environments with low-poly character designs and supports expanded features for Tobii Eye Tracking.
