What is SHOGUN: Total War™ - Collection?
Set in Japan in 1542, the game places control of a faction led by a daimyo in a struggle to become shogun.
Campaign play combines politics, economics, espionage, strategic warfare, and battlefield tactics. The core structure alternates between turn-based grand strategy and real-time battles. This Collection includes the base game and the Mongol Invasion expansion, which lets players command either the invading Mongols or Japan’s Hojo clan. The expansion adds a playable faction, new units for both sides, additional campaign and multiplayer modes, and a map editor. The base game has been updated for modern resolutions and Steam integration.
