Our take on One More Island
Instead of treating a colony as a fixed city-building project, the game makes imperial administration part of the structure. Taxes, royal reputation, and the option to break away from the monarchy turn expansion into a political choice as well as an economic one.
What is One More Island?
Manage a colonial empire by exploring dynamically arranged islands, claiming territory, and developing settlements.
Gather natural resources, place buildings with a freeform layout system, and connect workshops into production chains. Colonist needs affect how quickly residents work, while research opens new civilization tiers with additional requirements. Establish multiple colonies, link them through overseas trade routes, and develop industries that can operate independently of the Old World. The game also includes adjustable island size, fertility, resource levels, and other challenge settings. Governors must meet tax demands and manage royal-court reputation, or pursue independence and form a new nation.
