Our take on Helle's Undersea City Project - Bringing Air to The Garden

Exploration-focused progression can also interrupt city planning, since recipes, seeds, story items, and area-release materials come from boat expeditions through enemies and traps.
What is Helle's Undersea City Project - Bringing Air to The Garden?
Restore the abandoned undersea city of Garden alongside Hele Tokitsumi.
Cultivate land, raise its grade, and place Mira's Flowers to produce the air required by buildings. More than 50 buildings cover housing, production, processing, and commerce, with roads and air supplies needed for facilities to operate. Residents generate prosperity when they use facilities, while exploration boats gather building recipes, flower seeds, story items, and area-release materials while navigating enemies and traps. Research turns discoveries into new buildings and functions, including tourist events and area releases. Exploration boats use HP, air, and payload parameters that can be improved with money. More than 30 characters populate the town. The estimated completion time is 10 to 12 hours.
