Our take on Minoria
Combat hinges on balancing sword strikes and spells with parries and dodge-rolls, while character leveling lets players adjust the difficulty.
What is Minoria?
Minoria is an action-platformer set during the fourth Witch War, when the Sacred Office conducts an Inquisition against heresy.
Players travel as Sisters Semilla and Fran, missionaries tasked with stopping a ceremony condemned by the Church. Combat combines sword attacks and spells with defensive parries and dodge-rolls. A leveling system lets players adjust their character to their preferred difficulty. The game uses hand-painted 2D backgrounds alongside cel-shaded characters, and its story draws on medieval European history. Minoria is a spiritual sequel to the Momodora series, with familiar elements in its design and gameplay.
