Our take on Happy's Humble Burger Cult
The defining mechanic is microphone-driven horror: spoken words can alert Asset Joy or warp the kitchen, making voice communication part of both cooperation and survival.
What is Happy's Humble Burger Cult?
Happy's Humble Burger Cult is a first-person cooking horror game for 1–4 players.
Crews prepare burgers, fries, drinks, and desserts, serve customers, operate the register, and meet a shift quota. Each shift ends when the kitchen simulation collapses, releasing Asset Joy and turning the restaurant into an escape sequence. Spoken words through the microphone can attract the monster or trigger kitchen changes through incantations. Runs use more than 35 modifiers, including extra customers, altered appliance temperatures, and penalties for swearing. Six restaurants offer different menu items. Cash recovered from an escape can fund boosters, advance the story through an ascension ritual, or be risked on harder contracts with larger payouts. A lobby includes minigames and social space.
