Our take on Funnel Runners
Players who rely on revisiting locations will hit the main bounce point when the tornado destroys buildings and removes items from affected areas. Groups that do not coordinate searches or share equipment may also stall when assembling the van before conditions worsen.
What is Funnel Runners?
Scavenge a city threatened by a growing F5 tornado, collecting vehicle parts, fuel, tools, and information needed to repair a van and escape.
The storm develops unpredictably, becoming stronger while destroying buildings and removing items from ruined areas. Players can work alone or cooperate with up to seven others by sharing gadgets and covering different parts of the map. Each session changes the environment, weather, item locations, and vehicle problems, requiring adaptation as conditions worsen. The game uses a first-person perspective and includes falling debris, collapsing structures, wind hazards, distant sirens, and other storm effects. It is presented as a survival mission for APEX Storm Monitoring Services.
