Our take on Shakes on a Plane
The bounce point arrives when several passengers need different items at once and the crew must use tablets while navigating turbulence, moving people, and shifting tables. Players who prefer one-task-at-a-time cooking may lose control of the service flow before the plane lands.
What is Shakes on a Plane?
Shakes on a Plane is a cooperative cooking game for one to four players.
Crews prepare shakes, burgers, fries, coffee, and other fast-food orders while travelling across different aircraft. Passengers place several requests throughout each flight, creating a need to handle multiple orders at once. Players can collect tablets to work on separate requests, while turbulence, walking passengers, shifting tables, and other obstacles disrupt movement and service. Each round takes place before the plane reaches the airport, and passengers rate the service afterward. An alien cooking competition provides the game's setting, with humanity serving food to compete in an intergalactic event.
