Hammerwatch Anniversary Edition remasters the 2013 game in the Kingdom of Herian.
Players choose from seven hero classes and fight creatures and other foes through perilous labyrinths, alone or in online or local co-op. The game includes Castle Hammerwatch, Sun Temple, and the new Shaftlocke Tower campaigns, plus tools for creating custom scenarios. This edition updates the pixel art and character effects, adds a new system for storing found or purchased items, and introduces another difficulty setting and new puzzles. Character customization includes six new voices and four color palettes. Mod support has expanded, but saves and mods from previous versions are incompatible.
