Our take on Boat Crew
Its defining structure is the combination of PT-boat command and sailor management: combat decisions are tied to assigning duties, developing crew skills, and maintaining the people operating the vessel.
What is Boat Crew?
Boat Crew is an action-strategy game set during the Pacific War.
Players command a lightly armored PT boat and direct its crew through battles against the Imperial Japanese Navy. The campaign allows raids on enemy bases, protection of allied convoys, and other missions, while scripted challenges follow the crew’s wartime experiences. Decisions affect the wider conflict, with Victory Points gained by attacking strategic targets and disrupting enemy actions. Crew management includes assigning tasks, monitoring well-being, developing sailors’ skills, and weighing risks. The boat can be fitted with different weapons and tools for changing combat demands. Success depends on maneuvering, tactical choices, resource management, and using a smaller vessel against stronger opponents.

- Fit the PT boat with different weapons and equipment to adapt to changing combat situations.
- 04Victory Point Objectives
- Gain campaign progress by targeting strategic locations and interfering with enemy operations.
