Our take on Sentinels of the Multiverse
The card-battle format gives up direct control of heroes during combat. In return, the game focuses each turn on selecting cards, activating powers, drawing cards, and combining effects across the team.
What is Sentinels of the Multiverse?
Manage a squad of three to five heroes in solo play, or team up online to confront villains across shifting settings.
A round uses three actions: select a card, activate an ability, then replenish the hand. Every hero card brings distinct effects that may work together or modify the rules. The base set contains 10 heroes, 4 villains, and 4 environments. Narrative missions reveal alternate cards for heroes and villains. Local pass-and-play, cross-platform online sessions, and Steam Workshop support allow shared play and community-made decks or variants. Downloadable expansions introduce additional heroes, villains, and environments. With both games installed on one computer, content purchased for Sentinels of Earth-Prime works in either title.
