Our take on Narvas
Players focused on relaxed exploration may bounce off when missions combine enemy encounters with sprinting, dodging, wall climbing, and teleportation. Time-focused players may also hit a wall when pursuing faster runs against Steam Community times.
What is Narvas?
Narvas is a side-scrolling platform shooter following Mace, a scavenger assigned to investigate resource shortages across distant planets.
Missions combine combat against enemy bots and bosses with platforming that uses sprinting, dodging, wall climbing, and teleportation. Mace's mechanical companion, Toby, can assist with navigation or launch attacks. Gun modifications and ability buffs appear randomly during assignments. The game supports solo play and local co-op across its levels. Missions can be replayed to pursue faster completions, with level times tracked against the Steam Community leaderboard. Successful assignments build momentum that increases effectiveness in later stages.
