What is Modbox?
Modbox is a game-creation sandbox for making and playing games with others online.
Creations can include co-op gameplay, AI, physics, destruction, and combinations of online, local, and split-screen multiplayer with VR and Desktop players. Its MBScript system lets creators build gameplay and AI using visual tools or an in-game text editor. Players can switch between editing and playing, build with reusable prefabs, and share creations through Steam Workshop or Mod. io. Editing tools include voxel terrain and mesh creation. Physics objects can be connected for use in play, and voxel environments can be changed during gameplay. On PC, a C# compiler mod supports adding code to creations.
