Saves you a refund- Players who prefer slow, low-pressure combat may bounce off the fast and brutal fighting.

- Players looking for survival crafting, tower defense, or town management will not find those systems here.
Our take on Apotheon
The likely bounce point is combat pacing: players who are comfortable exploring Olympus but do not want fast, bloody encounters with gods and mythical creatures may hit a wall once the action becomes the main test. The local mode also stops at one-on-one battles.
What is Apotheon?
Apotheon is a 2D action game set in a stylized version of Ancient Greece, where Nikandreos climbs Mount Olympus after the gods abandon humanity.
Combat uses swords, spears, bows, and other ancient weapons against gods and mythical creatures. The world includes areas such as Artemis’s forests and Apollo’s palaces, with exploration and searches for divine treasure. A single-player campaign follows Nikandreos and includes fully voiced legendary characters. The game also offers local one-on-one multiplayer battles.
