SimulationIs Brickadia worth it for you?
We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- Creative players who want to construct and experiment with physical mechanisms
- Friends who want to build and play together in real time
- Sandbox fans interested in making custom battle spaces and game modes
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a directed campaign may hit a wall when the game opens into player-created building and play.
- Those uninterested in construction systems may lose momentum at the point where progress depends on making or modifying creations.
- Solo players looking for a fixed sequence of authored missions may find the sandbox structure too open-ended.
Our take on Brickadia
The bounce point arrives when construction becomes the main activity. Players who need authored objectives may stall after entering the open sandbox, while those who dislike wiring mechanisms or shaping their own game rules may never reach the combat and sharing systems.
What is Brickadia?
Brickadia is a multiplayer brick-building sandbox where players construct large environments, vehicles, contraptions, islands, cities, and other creations.
Building, scripting, and other creative tools operate within the game while players work together in real time. Physics-based mechanisms can use buttons, switches, doors, motors, servos, seats, lights, and wire logic, including logic gates for puzzles and traps. Players can customize avatars with body parts, accessories, hats, hairstyles, clothing, and tails, then create multiple avatars. Builds can become battle arenas through custom rules, weaponry, item spawns, and ammunition pickups. An in-game Gallery provides access to creations made by other players, either alone or with friends, with options to remix them.
How Brickadia plays
