We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- Mining-game players who want layered progression and repeated resource gathering
- Action players who want dungeon fights alongside equipment upgrades
- Players who enjoy monthly leaderboard events with temporary progression systems
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a short, self-contained campaign may hit the game's layered mining and progression loop.
- Players who dislike repeated resource collection may lose interest when progression depends on mining, upgrades, and rebirths.
- Players who avoid combat may hit a wall in dungeons, where keys are consumed on every entry.
- Players uninterested in recurring competitions may not engage with the monthly Contest Mine and its resetting upgrades.
Our take on EternaMine
The bounce point arrives at dungeon entry: a key is consumed whether the run ends in victory or defeat. Players who prefer low-risk experimentation may hesitate before testing combat abilities against dungeon waves and potential bosses.
What is EternaMine?
EternaMine combines mining, combat, progression, and idle production.
Dig through standard, deep, dark, contest, and Eternal mines to find ores, currencies, tokens, and items. Upgrade equipment, unlock powers, and use combat abilities such as Blink, Dash, and Shockwave against dungeon enemies and bosses. Progression includes leveling, prestiging, rebirthing, 35+ upgrades, and a skill tree with 160+ skills. The game includes five gamemodes, three difficulty levels, 90+ items, 11 pets, quests, dungeon challenges, and collections such as Creaturepedia and Blockopedia. Monthly Contest Mines add separate currencies, temporary upgrades, online leaderboards, and rewards that carry into the main game. The Eternal Mine produces resources while offline after it is unlocked with Ancient Shards.
How EternaMine plays
- 01Five mine types
- Mine environments include a periodically refilled starter area, deep vertical mines, event-based dark mines, monthly contests, and an unlockable idle mine.
- 02Dungeon combat
- Dungeon keys grant entry to enemy areas, where defeating enough creatures can summon a boss, but each entry consumes its key.
- 03Character progression
- Leveling, prestiging, rebirthing, 35+ upgrades, and a 160+ skill tree provide several progression layers.
- 04Collectible equipment
- The game includes 90+ items, 11 pets, and unlockable cosmetic options such as skins, shaders, particles, and lobby decorations.
- 05Monthly contests
- Contest Mines use separate currencies and upgrades that reset monthly, with online rankings and rewards carried into the main game.
- 06Offline production
- The Eternal Mine automatically gathers ores, tokens, and items while offline after Ancient Shards unlock it.
