Our take on Jagged Alliance: Crossfire
Instead of resolving battles solely through turn-by-turn commands, the game combines advance planning with real-time execution. Its tactical structure also places a varied mercenary roster and limited equipment inside a focused campaign set in frozen mountain terrain.
What is Jagged Alliance: Crossfire?
Lead a private military company sent to reclaim Khanpaa, a peaceful nation occupied by paid mercenaries.
Recruit and manage a team of combatants, then plan their movements with the enhanced Plan 'n' Go system before carrying out those orders in real time. The standalone expansion adds 10 mercenaries, bringing the roster to more than 50 fighters with distinct skills, weaknesses, and personalities. Its 10 new maps feature rocky slopes, narrow valleys, icy cliffs, cover positions, chokepoints, and ambush locations. The campaign provides more than 15 hours of missions, with new weapons, enemies, and equipment. Supplies are limited, requiring outdated weapons and available gear to be managed during combat.
