We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- Horror players who want identity-based hunting and survival tension
- Roguelite fans who prefer procedural challenges with resource management
- Groups of up to eight players seeking competitive clone-identification modes
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a relaxed or predictable horror campaign may find the repeated procedural hunts too tense and variable
- Those wanting extensive exploration or a conventional combat-focused progression may find the assassination setup and limited ammunition restrictive
- Solo players who do not want multiplayer competition will not use the game's player-versus-player modes
Our take on It Has My Face
Rather than giving horror players a clearly identified monster, the game makes the threat look exactly like the people around it. Its central structure replaces straightforward pursuit with suspicion, concealment, resource management, and the risk of losing a carefully prepared assassination attempt.
What is It Has My Face?
Search a collapsing world for a hostile clone while avoiding discovery in this first-person horror roguelite.
The clone hides among crowds and can attack when the player is vulnerable, creating a hunt based on suspicion and timing. Scavenge weapons, conserve limited ammunition, and plan an assassination attempt; failure removes the chance to continue stalking from concealment. Procedural challenges, upgrades, and improvements add variation as threats become more complex. The full release includes the final two story chapters, new maps, mutators, and additional creature behaviours. Multiplayer supports up to eight players, with team-based or solo play focused on identifying opponents who share the same appearance.
