Our take on Flippin Misfits
Rather than keeping combat on a conventional floor, the game makes gravity a controllable movement and attack tool. Walls, ceilings, ship exteriors, and hazards all become part of the arena, replacing the usual fixed-ground structure with shifting traversal and attack angles.
What is Flippin Misfits?
Flippin Misfits is an online melee brawler for 2–4 players, set across arenas inside and outside a stolen starship.
Players slash, dash, jump, and change gravity to attack from different angles, using walls, ceilings, floors, and environmental hazards as part of each fight. Matches are built from short rounds, with randomized combat and movement mods available each round. Players can create loadouts or take power-ups that would benefit opponents. More than 30 mods can alter each match, while the lowest-scoring player gets first access to the next power-ups. Arenas include hazards such as lava, flaming thrusters, mines, and forceful speakers.
