Edna wakes in a padded cell with no memory of her past and decides to escape, accompanied by her talking stuffed bunny, Harvey.
Their route leads through an insane asylum and beyond its walls, where they encounter unusual patients, including a man in a bee costume and the pseudo-Siamese twins Hoti and Moti. Dr. Marcel, the asylum’s head, tries to prevent Edna from leaving. As the journey unfolds, Edna gradually recovers memories from before her detention and investigates why they were erased. The game uses a comic visual style, twisted humor, bizarre dialogue, German and English voiceovers, and unlockable achievements. The adventure is stated to last over 20 hours.
