What is Crypterion?
Crypterion combines visual-novel storytelling with point-and-click adventure and open-world exploration.
Players create a character with selectable preferences and dislikes, then make choices across multiple story arcs. The game includes a script of over 120,000 words, six planets to explore, and nearly 40 characters to meet. Possible paths include building a business, finding spoils, pursuing politics, or becoming a television celebrity. Setbacks can close some routes while opening others, including debt-related work or escape attempts. Relationships with characters and eleven specialized crewmates can develop into friendships or marriage proposals.
