Our take on CLeM
The puzzle-and-exploration focus gives room to investigate the house and connect discoveries to the story, but leaves combat outside the described gameplay. Players seeking action built around fighting may find that narrow focus limiting.
What is CLeM?
CLeM is a narrative puzzle adventure set in a shadowy story about manipulation, pride, forgiveness, and redemption.
A voice gives the main character a purpose, while a notebook filled with alchemy notes, insect drawings, and symbols offers clues. Players investigate a seemingly abandoned house, solve puzzles, and explore rooms to uncover secrets. Crafting magical toys opens hidden areas, provides access to unreachable places, and lets players recover items from the past. The game combines 2D graphics with navigation through 3D environments and uses hand-drawn elements. Its puzzles and exploration form a structure the vendor calls “Puzzlevania,” with discoveries tied to each room and further story revelations.
