Our take on Zoo Packs
Instead of centering a long campaign or a fixed sequence of battles, Zoo Packs focuses on short matches across randomly generated levels. Its roster can also carry consequences from one battle to the next: revival costs coins and removes a fallen warrior's equipped items.
What is Zoo Packs?
Zoo Packs is a turn-based strategy game with teams of animal warriors.
There are 9 animal types, each with special abilities, and warriors can equip items and level up. Players can enroll another animal when there is an empty roster spot. Online battles use teams of 4, and players choose a captain and which other warriors to use. The goal is to make the opponent forfeit or kill their captain. Once a player reaches the Soldier title, matches can use teams of 6.
Offline single-player practice matches are against a simple AI. Fallen warriors can be revived in the hub for coins, but lose their equipped items. Coins can also buy random items or unlock roster spaces. Levels are randomly generated, and stated playtime is 1-4 hours.
