What is YONESAWARA HOSPITAL?
YONESAWARA HOSPITAL is a single-player, first-person exploration horror game set in an abandoned Japanese clinic.
The investigation begins ten years after the director disappeared and the clinic closed in 1978. Players search the site for clues connected to disappearances from the past while uncovering the hospital’s hidden story. The game includes an Exploration Mode without horror elements, allowing the ruins to be examined in morning, noon, and night settings. This mode also includes a camera for photographing the location. A remastered version using Unreal Engine 5 is available through the UE5Remaster beta option in the game’s properties. The main experience lasts 2–3 hours.
