Saves you a refund- Players who prefer a single continuous campaign may find the separate, quick-paced Conquest battles a different structure.
- Players who want to reverse decisions may not enjoy Conquest, where choices are permanent.
- Players seeking a strategy game without multiplayer modes may find its co-op and versus options unnecessary.
Our take on Wargroove 2
Instead of limiting its structure to story campaigns and standard battles, Wargroove 2 adds Conquest, a roguelike mode where gold and health carry between skirmishes and choices are permanent. This run-based format sits alongside the three interwoven campaigns.
What is Wargroove 2?
Wargroove 2 is a turn-based strategy game set in Aurania, where new factions and forbidden technologies threaten the realm.
Its story unfolds across three interwoven campaigns, with new Commanders whose Groove abilities can be strengthened for more powerful attacks. Five new unit types add to the tactical choices. Conquest is a separate single-player roguelike mode: choices are permanent, while gold and health carry from one skirmish to the next.
