The investigation has several layers: evidence gathering, contract quests, photography, and ammunition crafting. That structure also means banishment is not a standalone encounter; players must gather information about the haunting as part of completing a contract.
What is This is a Ghost?
This first-person horror game combines paranormal investigation with entity banishment, for solo play or online co-op with up to 4 players.
Search 12 maps, gather 8 evidence types, and identify the entity among 23 types. Then determine its behavior and choose from 69 banishment possibilities. The investigation uses 16 tools, including an EMF radar with a range of up to 50m, night vision, and a paranormal filter. Contracts also include 3 quests, such as finding the entity’s identity, year of death, or cause of death.
Photographing events contributes to a collection of 75 unique photos, with up to 12 collected per game. Craft ammunition with additives that affect an entity’s speed, strength, or activity. The game has 3 difficulty levels and an optional challenge.
