Rather than centering horror on combat or investigation, this game makes routine cleaning the main task. Players must manage toilets, trash and ectoplasm while their actions affect the pursuing entity, turning mundane work into the source of tension.
What is Paranormal Cleanup?
Play as a cleaning company employee working alone or in online co-op for up to 4 players.
Tasks include unclogging toilets, repairing sewage pipes, scrubbing ectoplasm, removing trash and disposing of moldy pizzas. Supernatural entities patrol each location, and every action affects their behavior. Players can complete optional objectives to weaken or banish the entity. The game includes 8 locations, each with its own threat, and randomizes item and objective positions as well as entity events between playthroughs. Earn EXP and in-game money to unlock and upgrade perks and gear, and unlock character outfits. Proximity voice chat is included.
