The Kindeman Remedy is a management game about Doctor Carl Kindeman, who takes a job at a prison to continue his experiments and regain his reputation.
Players manage and upgrade eight rooms, handle resources, and use poisons, drugs, and hazardous substances in secret research. Inmates can be subjected to executions or used in experiments. Sister Anna assists Kindeman in the laboratory. A story with multiple endings and unlockable events puts the characters’ fates in the player’s hands. Endless Mode adds objectives to complete while avoiding Mr. Black’s attention; timing the use of poison pills, drips, and the Secret Room is part of that mode.
