Our take on Spoiler Alert
Its defining structure is that the adventure starts after the apparent victory: each stage must be undone from the final level back to the first.
What is Spoiler Alert?
Spoiler Alert is a comedy platformer played in reverse.
The game begins after its apparent ending: the boss has been defeated, coins have been collected, and the princess has been rescued. Players then move backward through 100 levels in 4 worlds, reversing those events by removing coins, bringing enemies back, and avoiding time paradoxes. The game combines familiar platforming with simple controls, hand-drawn graphics, and an original soundtrack by Roland La Goy. It also includes boss fights, upgrades, and varied enemies. SpeedRuner Mode is included. The Steam-exclusive Collector's Edition adds a level editor with Steam Workshop, extra soundtrack material, the original Game Jam version, desktop and concept art, screensavers, and deleted graphics.
