Our take on Dooblets
Death turns a player into a ghost rather than removing them from the action. Ghosts must touch living teammates to return, while allowing the whole group to become ghosts ends the level, making revival a shared timing constraint.
What is Dooblets?
Dooblets is an online multiplayer adventure for 2–4 players.
Groups work together across four distinct worlds containing puzzles and platforming challenges. The game adjusts to the number of participants. Each player can customise a Doob’s shape, face, and colour, although each colour can be selected by only one player. When a player dies, they become a ghost and can return by touching a living teammate. Some situations require ghost form, but a level fails if every participant becomes a ghost. Each player needs an individual copy of the game, and local multiplayer is not supported.
How Dooblets plays
- 01Online Cooperative Play
- Sessions support between 2 and 4 participants and adjust to the active group size.
- 02Four Adventure Worlds

- 03Ghost Revival Mechanic
- A fallen player can return by contacting a living teammate, while a group-wide ghost state causes level failure.
- 04Doob Customisation
- Players can change their character’s shape, facial appearance, and colour, with each colour limited to one player.
