Our take on Rune Dice
The defining mechanic is aiming dice onto the battlefield so matching pieces fuse, pursue their equals, and create chain reactions shaped by each throw.
What is Rune Dice?
Rune Dice combines deckbuilding with physics-based dice combat in short sessions.
Players aim throws across enchanted battlefields, where matching dice merge into stronger dice and can trigger cascading attacks. Eight hero classes offer different abilities, dice, and starting combinations, while multiple heroes within each class change how an adventure begins. Procedurally generated maps include varied encounter types, followed by boss fights with distinct abilities and battlefield effects. Combat rewards planning each placement, collecting dice, and combining relics with runes to shape a tactical build. Progression includes leveling, quests, unlocks, achievements, and rewards. Dice can be obtained through victories or shop purchases, while altars offer risky upgrade choices.
