Redeemer: Enhanced Edition is a top-down action brawler centered on Vasily, a former elite operative pursued by a cybernetic weapons corporation.
Combat combines firearms, knives, batons, axes, hammers, hand-to-hand moves, combos, charge attacks, jump attacks, parries, disarms, and attacks using parts of certain enemies. Three kill types cover stealth, environmental, and execution attacks. The single-player story follows Vasily’s past and pursuit of redemption. Players can develop him as either a monk or soldier. Two-player cooperative play supports the campaign, while Arena Mode places players against successive enemy waves to practice combat.
