What is Record of Agarest War Mariage?
Record of Agarest War Mariage is a strategy RPG about a hero tasked with defeating an Archdemon that returns after each defeat.
The story follows Rain, the first-generation protagonist, as players choose among several potential partners. That decision changes the story route and shapes the next generation. The following protagonist inherits statistics and abilities from both parents, extending the narrative across two generations. Combat includes four party roles: Attacker, Defender, Supporter, and Conductor. Characters can develop a chosen role to open different tactical options. Players can also reach Heart Levels with love interests to unlock interactive CG scenes, new abilities, and weapons. Outfits can be crafted from items gathered from enemies and shops, then viewed in a rotatable gallery.
