What is Pyramis?
Pyramis is a retro-science-fiction survival-horror game set in Antarctica in 2011.
Players follow Airforce Lieutenant Paul Cook, who goes absent without leave while searching for his brother Walter after receiving an SOS signal. The story leads into an alien world beneath the earth’s crust, where exploration, horrific themes, and environmental discovery support the central narrative. Most levels allow non-linear exploration. Combat draws on hardcore survival horror, while stealth offers another approach in situations where hiding is preferable. Players can change between these approaches during play and customize weapons. The story mode lasts 6 hours, with autonomous enemy AI shaping encounters. After completing it, a replayable survival mode becomes available.
