Our take on No Hope
Resource scarcity gives exploration and combat a careful pace, but it also limits how freely encounters can be handled. Deciding when to spend ammunition becomes a recurring constraint rather than a minor combat detail.
What is No Hope?
No Hope is a survival horror game set in Montenegro, a city struck by a supernatural disaster.
Ancient darkness has possessed people, and most of the population has been killed. Players take the role of a teenager who wakes to a red sky and black clouds, then explores the city while searching for resources and uncovering secrets about its inhabitants and the source of the evil. Locked doors obstruct progress, and the game includes scares along the way. Ammunition is limited, creating a choice between killing every monster encountered or saving bullets for a critical moment. The game draws on classic survival horror and is the first release from Helemon studio.
