What is PSIONIC?
PSIONIC is a 2D survival-horror shooter set in a haunted psychiatric hospital.
Playing as the sole surviving scientist, players move through hostile corridors and rooms while fighting mutated creatures and searching for a way out. Ammunition, medical kits, firearms, and experimental weapons can be scavenged from the environment. Encounters involve enemy behaviors and attack patterns that require aiming, quick reactions, strategic choices, and resource management. Progress also includes solving puzzles and investigating the experiment that caused the catastrophe. Pixel-art environments, dark visuals, sound effects, and a haunting soundtrack establish the hospital’s atmosphere.
