Rather than treating loot as a collection of upgrades to equip and keep, the game makes inventory turnover part of combat. Discarding items can briefly transfer their power, while banishing unwanted gear changes the shop, making equipment management an active part of each fight.
What is Megaloot?
Megaloot is a roguelike RPG centered on inventory management and repeated tower runs.
Each attempt begins from scratch as players fight monsters, collect loot, earn gold, and buy additional items. Armor, rings, weapons, potions, tomes, reforged gear, and keystones contribute to character builds through combinations of 150+ loot items and 27+ stats, including Toxicity, Strength, Wisdom, Faith, and Recovery. Discarded items can temporarily transfer mythical power during battle, while unwanted loot can be banished to refresh the shop. The game includes 10 characters with individual abilities. Progress depends on balancing strengths and weaknesses, adapting equipment to enemies, and developing a different setup during each run.
