Good fit- Groups of friends who want competitive, shared-screen racing with player-built courses
- Online multiplayer groups looking for races that support teams as well as individual competition

Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players looking for a conventional fixed-course racing structure may find the track-building rounds central to the game.
- Players seeking a solo-focused campaign may find the emphasis on multiplayer races and group competition limiting.
- Players who prefer realistic driving may not want a game built around weapons, hazards, and exaggerated track pieces.
Our take on Make Way
The page foregrounds track-building and multiplayer chaos, while the round structure also repeatedly extends the same course before restarting with a new one. That growing-course loop is a central part of play, not just an occasional variation on the racing.
What is Make Way?
Make Way is a top-down multiplayer racing game where players assemble courses from track pieces, then race through them.
Pieces include loops, seesaws, corkscrews, and train crossings; players can add obstacles and power-ups while building. During races, up to six players use weapons and dodge hazards, with checkpoints serving as respawn points. After each round, players add more track pieces, extending the course until a winner is crowned, then start again with a new course.
Play is available on the same screen or online, with cross-platform multiplayer and customizable rules that can turn traps and safety barriers on or off. The World Tour update adds Team Mode, eight vehicles, three environments, and other features. New track pieces and vehicles can also be unlocked.
