Our take on Infinity Sweeper
Its defining structure is Minesweeper organized as a roguelite run: the grid evolves through modifiers and traps, with a boss challenge after every four stages.
What is Infinity Sweeper?
Infinity Sweeper combines Minesweeper’s numbered tiles, mine avoidance, and board clearing with roguelite progression.
Each run uses procedurally generated grids that grow larger and gain modifiers, changing how hazards and patterns must be read. Clearing boards earns gold for shop purchases. Tile modifiers add new grid elements, permanent upgrades alter later runs, and single-use cards provide consumable effects for difficult moments. Boss encounters appear after every four stages as timed challenges. Defeating bosses adds traps to the available hazard pool, increasing the number of dangers introduced during play. Runs also record performance through detailed statistics, while progression centers on testing upgrade combinations and adapting to increasingly complex boards.
