What is Helium?
Helium is a hardcore science-fiction first-person shooter set on an unknown planet.
The player takes the role of a liaison from the Vega 237 spacecraft after a malfunction causes a crash landing and kills the rest of the crew. The investigation focuses on discovering what happened to the crew and determining the nature of a strange signal detected in space. Players research the planet’s surface, fight alien life forms with weapons, and use a hovercycle to reach distant locations. Strange events and unexplained phenomena occur during the exploration. Messages left by crew members provide clues about the incident and the circumstances surrounding the crash.
