Our take on Eyes of Hellfire
The bounce point arrives when the shared escape plan collides with hidden solo objectives. Groups that rely on complete trust may stall once the Host begins distorting perceptions and players must question whether discoveries, motives, or even parts of the lodge can be believed.
What is Eyes of Hellfire?
Eyes of Hellfire is a cooperative gothic horror game for a group of up to five players.
The team explores a changing lodge connected to the Hellfire Club, searches for clues, solves cryptic puzzles, and faces growing threats. Each character has a curse that affects abilities and motives, while players also receive private objectives alongside the shared aim of escaping and defeating the Antagonist. A card-based action system governs each turn: players begin with available actions, then find new cards during exploration. Proximity voice chat supports discussion and suspicion as the Host distorts what the group perceives. Friend’s Pass allows up to four invited friends to play the first scenario without owning the full game.
