Our take on Dwarven Skykeep
The bounce point arrives when tower defense becomes a multitasking system: card selection, worker orders, room construction, repairs, fires, and hostile events compete for attention. Players who want to focus on combat may stall before adapting to the castle-management demands.
What is Dwarven Skykeep?
Build an enchanted castle by selecting tool, spell, and weapon cards before each level.
Construct workbenches, forges, alchemy laboratories, rooms, and defensive systems, then direct dwarves and gnomes as they repair structures, craft equipment, extinguish fires, and fight enemies. Towers face hazards such as floods, lightning strikes, fires, enemy attacks, and card-stealing thieves. Five worlds introduce different conditions, including a winter tower, a desert train, a flying structure, and a shadow world involving the sun. Each play provides a new card pack, while artifacts and equipment support different specializations. The story follows wizard Dr. Sevendar Kness through humorous characters, side quests, monsters, bosses, and references to films, novels, and games.
