Is Zet Zillions worth it for you?
We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- Deckbuilder fans who want card combinations with variable effects
- Roguelike players who prefer exploring randomly generated space maps
- Single-player strategy fans who enjoy planning card-based fights against large enemies
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players looking for a fixed sequence of levels may find the randomly generated galaxy structure less suited to that preference.
- Players who prefer combat without deck construction may find building multiple decks and planning card use too central.
- Players seeking multiplayer play may not find a fit in this single-player game.
Our take on Zet Zillions
Rather than keeping deckbuilding confined to battles, Zet Zillions connects card strategies with space-map exploration and planet destruction. Its fusion system also makes combinations uncertain: effects can vary, and some attempts may not work as intended.
What is Zet Zillions?
Zet Zillions is a single-player, story-driven roguelike deckbuilder.
Travel through randomly generated galaxies with Foam Gun and her planet-ship Baby Violence while searching for a new home for humanity. Build multiple decks and strategies, then fuse cards to create different effects from more than 100 possible combinations. Explore locations, scavenge abandoned shuttles, find hidden portals, meet characters, and take on side quests. Combat requires planning and tactical choices against colossal enemies. The game also lets players overpopulate planets by sending crew onto them before destroying those planets. Its story-driven structure combines card construction, tactical battles, space exploration, and encounters across the galaxy.
