What is Dawn of Defiance?
Dawn of Defiance is a Greek myth-inspired survival crafting game set across the Crossroads and nearby isles.
Players begin as a Spartan in the afterlife and gather resources, learn recipes and upgrades, craft gear, and build Greek-style structures. Exploration spans coastal cliffs, forests, caves, sands, ruins, and reclaimed temples. Combat against wildlife, fallen heroes, and mythic bosses leads toward breaking the Olympians’ seals. Play solo or in online co-op with up to three friends; objective rewards are shared. Character options include hairstyles, complexions, and face shapes. Server settings can adjust drop-on-death, durability, health, and damage. The game is in Early Access, with the vendor planning at least two more major updates before release 1. 0.
